{"id":894,"date":"2019-07-19T10:11:46","date_gmt":"2019-07-19T08:11:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ovs-sic.be\/fr\/?p=894"},"modified":"2019-07-19T10:13:44","modified_gmt":"2019-07-19T08:13:44","slug":"accompagnement-des-trains-preavis-de-greve","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ovs-sic.be\/fr\/accompagnement-des-trains-preavis-de-greve\/","title":{"rendered":"ACCOMPAGNEMENT DES TRAINS &#8211; PREAVIS DE GREVE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Bruxelles, le 17 juillet 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">PREAVIS DE GREVE POUR LE PERSONNEL D\u2019ACCOMPAGNEMENT DES TRAINS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">ACCOMPAGNATEURS DE TRAIN \u2013 MANQUE DE PERSONNEL \u2013 NEGOCIATIONS AVEC LA DIRECTION &#8211; AFFAIRE NON CONCLUE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s de nombreuses r\u00e9unions infructueuses et \u00e0 la demande des gens de terrain, le SIC avait activ\u00e9, le trois juillet 2019, la proc\u00e9dure de la \u00ab sonnette d\u2019alarme \u00bb, formalit\u00e9 obligatoire avant le d\u00e9p\u00f4t \u00e9ventuel d\u2019un pr\u00e9avisde gr\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le motif de l\u2019insatisfaction des accompagnateurs, principalement dans le nord du pays, est le manque d\u2019octroi g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 des cong\u00e9s, ce qui entraine de graves probl\u00e8mes de vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme pr\u00e9vu dans la r\u00e9glementation, le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral HR-Rail nous a convoqu\u00e9 \u00e0 une r\u00e9union de conciliation, en pr\u00e9sence de tous les intervenants du dossier (service de recrutement, B-HR et direction de l\u2019accompagnement).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u2019ayant pas pu trouver d\u2019accord \u00e0 l\u2019issue de cette r\u00e9union, une seconde fut programm\u00e9e avec la seule pr\u00e9sence des dirigeants de la SNCB.
