Nous \u00e9tions intervenu aupr\u00e8s de la direction pour demander une modification de la loi en rempla\u00e7ant le badge nominatif par d\u2019un code chiffr\u00e9 ne permettant pas une identification directe de l\u2019agent constatateur. L\u2019ensemble des services concern\u00e9s (B-TR, B-MS, B-Security et B-LA), la CEO et le Ministre de tutelle s\u2019\u00e9taient montr\u00e9s inflexibles, arguant de l\u2019obligation de respect de la loi promulgu\u00e9e ! Le Ministre Bellot s\u2019\u00e9tait toutefois engag\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9valuer la situation apr\u00e8s quelques mois. Apr\u00e8s analyse des diff\u00e9rentes autorit\u00e9s ferroviaires et politiques, des faits de menaces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9s sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, ce qui \u00e9tait inacceptable. Le Ministre de la mobilit\u00e9 a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019agir imm\u00e9diatement en proposant au Parlement de modifier la loi afin que les badges ne soient plus nominatifs, mais reprennent un num\u00e9ro d\u2019identification unique. Cette modification assurera un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre les int\u00e9r\u00eats : d\u2019une part, l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat l\u00e9gitime du citoyen qui doit \u00eatre en mesure d\u2019identifier l\u2019agent qui le verbalise afin de signaler un \u00e9ventuel abus et, d\u2019autre part, l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat l\u00e9gitime de l\u2019agent constatateur dont la vie priv\u00e9e et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ne doivent pas \u00eatre mises en p\u00e9ril. Par une proc\u00e9dure d&rsquo;urgence en chambre, la loi sera modifi\u00e9e en ce sens et il ne sera plus n\u00e9cessaire qu&rsquo;un fonctionnaire constatateur puisse \u00eatre identifi\u00e9 par son nom. Il va sans dire que le SIC ne peut que se r\u00e9jouir de cette \u00e9volution.
