D\u00e9sormais, les agents titulaires du grade de conducteur de train comptant une anciennet\u00e9 de grade de 12 ans acc\u00e9deraient \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de traitement 585. <br>Pour le calcul de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 de grade de conducteur de train, il serait \u00e9galement tenu compte des services rendus comme titulaire des grades de conducteur de man\u0153uvre et d\u2019op\u00e9rateur conduite cargo. <br>Ces nouvelles dispositions r\u00e9glementaires font l\u2019objet du projet d\u2019avis joint \u00e0 ce document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RGPS \u2013 Fascicule 520 \u2013 Acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle 585 apr\u00e8s 12 ans d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 de grade pour les conducteurs de train   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Modifications r\u00e9glementaires  <br>\nD\u00e9sormais, les agents titulaires du grade de conducteur de train comptant une anciennet\u00e9 de grade de 12 ans acc\u00e8dent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de traitement 585.   <br>\nPour le calcul de l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 de grade de conducteur de train, il est d\u00e9sormais tenu compte des services rendus comme titulaire des grades de conducteur de man\u0153uvre et d\u2019op\u00e9rateur conduite cargo.   <br>\nLes dispositions du RGPS \u2013 Fascicule 520 sont adapt\u00e9es en ce sens.  Elles seront diffus\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment aux instructions reprises dans la circulaire 23 H-HR du 3 juin 2015.   <\/li><li>Mesures transitoires  <br>\n2.1 Les agents titulaires du grade de conducteur de train disposant d\u2019une anciennet\u00e9 de grade de 12 ans b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient automatiquement de l\u2019\u00e9chelle 585 avec effet \u00e0 la date de mise en vigueur de l\u2019avis.  <br>\n2.2 Les autres agents titulaires du grade de conducteur de train \u00e0 la date de mise en vigueur de l\u2019avis, ne peuvent pas \u00eatre l\u00e9s\u00e9s par la modification des conditions d\u2019anciennet\u00e9 pour le passage de l\u2019\u00e9chelle de traitement 580 vers l\u2019\u00e9chelle de traitement 585.  <br>\nIl s\u2019agit des agents suivants : \u2022 Les agents b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u00e9j\u00e0 de l\u2019\u00e9chelle de traitement 585 mais ne disposant pas encore d\u2019une anciennet\u00e9 de grade de 12 ans ; \u2022 Les agents qui atteindront plus rapidement une anciennet\u00e9 de service de 18 ans que l\u2019anciennet\u00e9 de grade de 12 ans requise.  <br>\nPour ces agents, des mesures garantissant l\u2019octroi de la situation p\u00e9cuniaire la plus favorable sont pr\u00e9vues.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Actuellement, les conducteurs de train comptant une anciennet\u00e9 de service de 18 ans acc\u00e8dent \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de traitement 585.
