{"id":598,"date":"2018-07-29T01:11:31","date_gmt":"2018-07-28T23:11:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ovs-sic.be\/fr\/?p=598"},"modified":"2018-07-29T01:11:31","modified_gmt":"2018-07-28T23:11:31","slug":"inaptitudes-medicales-les-regles-changent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ovs-sic.be\/fr\/inaptitudes-medicales-les-regles-changent\/","title":{"rendered":"Inaptitudes m\u00e9dicales : les r\u00e8gles changent !"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"ms-rteStyle-Emphasis\"><span class=\"ms-rteFontSize-2\"><strong>Le 1<\/strong><strong><sup><span style=\"font-size: small;\">er<\/span><\/sup><\/strong><strong> ao\u00fbt 2018, la nouvelle r\u00e8glementation relative aux inaptitudes m\u00e9dicales entrera en vigueur et un accompagnement personnalis\u00e9 sera mis en place pour les collaborateurs statutaires d\u00e9clar\u00e9s d\u00e9finitivement inaptes (que ce soit partiellement ou totalement) \u00e0 leurs fonctions normales.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Si l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 d&rsquo;un collaborateur ne lui permet plus d&rsquo;exercer normalement ses fonctions, il tombe sous <strong>l&rsquo;application du RGPS \u2013 Fascicule 575<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong class=\"ms-rteForeColor-3 ms-rteFontSize-2\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui change\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La <strong>r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration sera adapt\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0: vous conserverez un salaire \u00e0 hauteur de 90 % du traitement que vous perceviez au moment de la d\u00e9claration de votre inaptitude et l&rsquo;avancement dans le m\u00eame grade ne vous sera plus octroy\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les agents d\u00e9clar\u00e9s d\u00e9finitivement inaptes (que ce soit partiellement ou totalement) b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d&rsquo;un <strong>accompagnement personnalis\u00e9<\/strong>.
