Ces n\u00e9gociations sont plus lentes que pr\u00e9vu. En effet, les propositions formul\u00e9es ne tiennent actuellement pas compte des attentes en mati\u00e8re de revalorisation et n\u2019envisagent que vaguement l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019humanisation du travail. En cons\u00e9quence, le m\u00e9contentement est palpable et appelle \u00e0 durcir l\u2019action.<\/p>\n<p>Mais bien que ce ressenti soit compr\u00e9hensible, agir sous l\u2019emprise des \u00e9motions peut \u00eatre regrettable, car, \u00e0 ce stade, l\u2019intransigeance ne m\u00e8nera en aucun cas \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats plus rapides et meilleurs. Aussi, nous sommes convaincus que l\u2019\u00e9chec d\u2019actions isol\u00e9es risque de mettre \u00e0 mal le succ\u00e8s d\u2019une d\u00e9marche globale future.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes d&rsquo;avis qu&rsquo;aucun syndicat isol\u00e9 ne peut livrer ce combat, et que seul un large front commun, en ce compris les groupements de conducteurs, tel le BTD (Belgian Train Driver), peut conduire \u00e0 une r\u00e9\u00e9valuation approfondie. En outre, il est inconcevable que les diff\u00e9rences id\u00e9ologico politiques des structures syndicales f\u00e9d\u00e9rales mettent \u00e0 mal la bonne collaboration existant d\u00e9j\u00e0 entre les militants locaux.<\/p>\n<p>Nous invitons donc toutes les organisations \u00e0 se mettre autour de la table pour travailler ensemble \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019une liste commune d\u2019exigences ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 y d\u00e9signer les points non n\u00e9gociables. Cette liste constituera la base de nouvelles n\u00e9gociations et de la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un plan d&rsquo;action commun.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019OVS-SIC est-il endormi ou peu combatif ? Pas du tout ! Car s\u2019il s\u2019av\u00e8re que les n\u00e9gociations restent st\u00e9riles ou ne rencontrent pas les attentes d\u2019une large majorit\u00e9 du personnel, l&rsquo;OVS-SIC compte assumer ses responsabilit\u00e9s et faire preuve de l\u2019inflexibilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9fendre leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats.<\/p>\n<p>Une lettre motiv\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9e dans ce sens \u00e0 notre P.D.G., Madame Dutordoir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Des discussions sont en cours avec les OR concernant la r\u00e9\u00e9valuation de la profession de conducteur de train.
