Cela vaut pour les nouvelles interruptions, les prolongations et les interruptions en cours.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vu ces modifications, le membre du personnel qui le souhaite peut arr\u00eater imm\u00e9diatement son interruption partielle de carri\u00e8re et revenir \u00e0 temps plein.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRINCIPE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e du travail moyenne hebdomadaire et\/ou p\u00e9riodique doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duite de 1\/5<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Lors de sa demande d&rsquo;occupation \u00e0 4\/5 temps, le membre du personnel qui travaille avec des prestations de 7h36 (entre autre en horaire variable), propose \u00e0 sa ligne hi\u00e9rarchique un des calendriers suivants, avec ses p\u00e9riodes de non-occupation souhait\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 prestations de 7h36 par semaine, avec un maximum de 9h par jour.<\/li>\n<li>4 semaines de 5 prestations de 7h36 par p\u00e9riode de 5 semaines, avec un maximum de 9h par jour.<\/li>\n<li>5 prestations de 6h04&rsquo;48\u00a0\u00bb par semaine, avec un maximum de 7h par jour et au moins une des plages fixes doit \u00eatre respect\u00e9e compl\u00e8tement.<\/li>\n<li>3 prestations de 7h36 et 2 prestations de 3h48 par semaine. Pour les journ\u00e9es compl\u00e8tes de travail, maximum 9h par jour. Pour les demi-journ\u00e9es de travail, maximum 4h30 par jour et une des plages fixes doit \u00eatre respect\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>4 prestations de 6h42 et 1 prestation de 3h36 par semaine. Dans ce cas, maximum 8h par jour pour les longues prestations et 4h30 pour le demi-jour avec une des plages fixes qui doit \u00eatre respect\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;horaire variable, limite mensuelle du boni et du d\u00e9ficit : 6h30.<\/p>\n<p>Les agents qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u00e9j\u00e0 d&rsquo;une interruption de la carri\u00e8re et qui travailleront avec des prestations
