Ce personnel est soumis \u00e0 des conditions plus strictes pour l&rsquo;octroi d&rsquo;un CX ou d&rsquo;un RX. Par exemple, un CX doit commencer \u00e0 23h00 et durer au moins 34 heures, un RX d\u00e9bute \u00e0 20h00, doit comporter 36h minimum et l&rsquo;agent ne peut recommencer avant 06h par la suite.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Il arrive parfois que ces intervalles ne puissent \u00eatre respect\u00e9s et \u00e0 ce moment on utilise un ALT. Ce jour n&rsquo;est pas pris en compte dans les libert\u00e9s accord\u00e9es mais il intervient dans d\u00e9compte n\u00e9gatif des heures prest\u00e9es pour un total de 7,8h.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Par contre, il n&rsquo;est pas sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 quel intervalle va encadre l&rsquo;ALT. Par exemple, un agent peut prester de 23h00 \u00e0 07h00, obtenir un alternement et recommencer \u00e0 03h le lendemain.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Vous pouvez donc ais\u00e9ment comprendre quel effet pervers peut entrainer l&rsquo;octroi de cette libert\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Cela fait de nombreuses ann\u00e9es que le SIC se bat pour l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail du personnel des trains et l&rsquo;humanisation des prestations.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Nous continuerons \u00e0 demander que l&rsquo;ALT soit mieux d\u00e9fini dans le RGPS, fascicule 541.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un alternement (\u00ab\u00a0ALT\u00a0\u00bb) est un concept familier pour le personnel des trains mais est souvent inconnu du reste du personnel des chemins de fer.
