Les jours de cr\u00e9dit (JC) au-dessus d\u2019une limite de 35 jours seront r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">&#8211; Les jours de cr\u00e9dit (JC) \u00e0 partir de 31 jusque 35 jours peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Qui\u00a0?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Le personnel qui a,\u00a0 au 24\/11\/2017, un solde de jours de cr\u00e9dit (JC) d\u2019au moins 31 jours au 31\/12\/2017, prenant en compte toutes les absences jusqu\u2019au 31\/12\/2017 inclus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Quoi\u00a0?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">La r\u00e9glementation pr\u00e9voit qu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, vous pouvez reporter maximum 35 JC vers l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante (voir Avis 58 H-HR\/2016).<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Dans le pass\u00e9, exceptionnellement, le transfert de plus de 35 jours de cr\u00e9dit a \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9 plusieurs fois, augmentant ainsi consid\u00e9rablement le nombre d\u2019arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de jours de cr\u00e9dit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Afin d\u2019aligner le nombre de JC \u00e0 reporter \u00e0 ce qui est r\u00e9glementairement pr\u00e9vu, le comit\u00e9 de direction du mardi 7\/11\/2017 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer tous les JC qui exc\u00e8dent le maximum autoris\u00e9 de 35 jours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">De plus, les membres du personnel avec un solde de JC compris entre 31 et 35 jours, peuvent demander le remboursement des JC \u00e0 partir de 31 jours (sur base volontaire).<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Exception<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Les personnes qui ont planifi\u00e9 leur pension dans le courant de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018 peuvent exceptionnellement demander \u00e0 ne pas \u00eatre rembours\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Comment\u00a0?<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Proc\u00e9dure remboursement JC au-dessus de 35 jours<\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Si vous avez en 2017 un solde de plus de 35 jours de JC et que vous souhaitez encore les planifier en 2017, veuillez les demander <b>avant le mardi 21\/11\/2017<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Les approbateurs doivent traiter ces demandes <b>avant le vendredi 24\/11\/2017<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">HR-Rail remboursera les jours de cr\u00e9dit non pris au-del\u00e0 de 35 et le remboursement apparaitra sur la fiche paie de d\u00e9cembre 2017.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Le nombre de JC r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s sera d\u00e9duit du solde actuel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Proc\u00e9dure exceptionnelle pour conserver les JC au-del\u00e0 de 35 (pas de remboursement)<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><u>Attention\u00a0:<\/u> cette proc\u00e9dure est valable uniquement pour ceux qui prennent leur pension en 2018\u00a0!<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Pour demander cette exception, contactez votre Bureau Local du Personnel (BLP) via <a href=\"http:\/\/intranet.hr-rail.be\/FR\/JeLoopbaan\/Formulaires\/Pages\/Formulaires.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">le formulaire P1103<\/a> (\u00ab\u00a0Communications diverses vers H-HR\u00a0\u00bb) que vous lui enverrez.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Ensuite, tous les JC au-dessus de 35 jours doivent \u00eatre planifi\u00e9s <b>avant le mardi 21\/11\/2017 <\/b>dans le courant de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2017 et\/ou 2018.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Pour le personnel pour lequel la demande de pension est d\u00e9j\u00e0 enregistr\u00e9e, la fin de la p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9duction de 2017 des JC sera prolong\u00e9e du 31\/12\/2017 au 31\/12\/2018. Si votre demande de pension pour 2018 n\u2019est pas encore enregistr\u00e9e, vous pouvez demander \u00e0 votre BLP de compl\u00e9ter l\u2019extension.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Proc\u00e9dure paiement JC \u00e0 partir de 31 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 35 jours<\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Faites la demande aupr\u00e8s de votre Bureau Local du Personnel via <a href=\"http:\/\/intranet.hr-rail.be\/FR\/JeLoopbaan\/Formulaires\/Pages\/Formulaires.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">le formulaire P1103 <\/a>\u00ab Communications diverses vers H-HR\u00bb <b>avant le mardi 21\/11\/2017<\/b>.\u00a0 N\u2019oubliez pas de mentionner le nombre souhait\u00e9 de JC \u00e0 payer.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">HR Rail fera le remboursement et celui-ci apparaitra sur votre fiche de paie de d\u00e9cembre 2017<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Le nombre de JC r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s sera d\u00e9duit du solde actuel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Restriction future du transfert<\/b><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">En raison de ce paiement unique des arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de JC, le transfert des JC de 2017 \u00e0 2018 sera \u00e0 nouveau conforme \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur.<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><b>Pour les transferts futurs, plus aucune exception ne sera autoris\u00e9e. Le transfert des JC de 2018 \u00e0 2019 sera donc limit\u00e9 \u00e0 35 jours.
