Il s\u2019agit du d\u00e9veloppement de la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de railpads. Ces amortisseurs en caoutchouc, plac\u00e9s entre les rails et les traverses en b\u00e9ton, permettent de r\u00e9duire le bruit de 3 d\u00e9cibels en moyenne.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 3 ans de d\u00e9veloppement et de tests, le gestionnaire de l&rsquo;infrastructure ferroviaire a d\u00e9voil\u00e9, en pr\u00e9sence de son CEO, Luc Lallemand, et du Ministre Bellot, une premi\u00e8re europ\u00e9enne : la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de railpads. Ces petites semelles en caoutchouc sont plac\u00e9es entre les traverses en b\u00e9ton et les rails. Elles permettent d&rsquo;att\u00e9nuer de quelque 3 d\u00e9cibels le bruit g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par la combinaison des trains et de l&rsquo;infrastructure ferroviaire, soit une r\u00e9duction de 50% des nuisances par rapport \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de railpads pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. Ces r\u00e9sultats sont \u00e0 ce point remarquables que plusieurs gestionnaires d&rsquo;infrastructure \u00e9trangers viennent en Belgique pour voir comment les ing\u00e9nieurs d&rsquo;Infrabel ont proc\u00e9d\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La production des nouveaux railpads att\u00e9nuateurs de bruit a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier 2017. \u00c0 ce stade, un peu plus de 40km de voies en sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s. L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;installer ce dispositif lors de travaux de renouvellement de voies et d&rsquo;en \u00e9quiper \u00e0 terme l&rsquo;ensemble du r\u00e9seau ferr\u00e9 belge. Infrabel est pionni\u00e8re en la mati\u00e8re en Europe. Concr\u00e8tement, le gestionnaire de l&rsquo;infrastructure ferroviaire peut \u00e9quiper par an entre 100 et 150 kilom\u00e8tres de voies de ces nouveaux railpads. Cela \u00e9quivaut au remplacement de quelque 300.000 traverses par an. Le co\u00fbt de ces railpads est d&rsquo;environ 1 euro par m\u00e8tre courant: cette solution s&rsquo;av\u00e8re donc aussi \u00e9conomique par rapport \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres mesures antibruit.<\/p>\n<p>Outre les railpads, Infrabel investit \u00e9galement dans d&rsquo;autres solutions pragmatiques en vue de r\u00e9duire les nuisances sonores, comme des \u00e9crans et murs antibruit, des amortisseurs de rail et le meulage des rails. Infrabel agit proactivement afin de limiter autant que possible les nuisances sonores\u00a0 des voies ferr\u00e9es et veille ainsi, en tant qu&rsquo;entreprise publique, \u00e0 \u00eatre en phase avec la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le 22 novembre,\u00a0la Chambre a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 l\u2019esprit cr\u00e9atif des\u00a0ing\u00e9nieurs. Les D\u00e9put\u00e9s ont ainsi soulign\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 de cette r\u00e9alisation \u00ab\u00a0100% made in Infrabel\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span class=\"ng-binding\">Ce travail n\u2019est donc pas pass\u00e9 inaper\u00e7u aupr\u00e8s de nos D\u00e9put\u00e9s si\u00e9geant \u00e0 la Chambre. Interpell\u00e9s par la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 de nos ing\u00e9nieurs et par la qualit\u00e9 du r\u00e9sultat obtenu, ils ont salu\u00e9 cette nouveaut\u00e9. De quoi rendre fier chaque participant impliqu\u00e9 dans ce projet passionnant\u00a0!
