Suite aux r\u00e9sultats n\u00e9gatifs de ceux-ci, la SNCB avait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de reporter le projet (voir notre derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition).<br \/>\nApr\u00e8s une analyse approfondie, le top management a constat\u00e9 que des solutions ne pouvaient \u00eatre apport\u00e9es aux probl\u00e8mes de r\u00e9seau GSM-R ou seraient trop on\u00e9reuses dans le cas de non-fiabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019appareil ITRIS d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019abandon pur et simple du projet DICE.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e0 noter que des d\u00e9penses importantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9gag\u00e9es pour ce projet\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0formation de tous les accompagnateurs de trains et des conducteurs de train de deux d\u00e9p\u00f4ts\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00e9quipement sp\u00e9cifique du mat\u00e9riel roulant et des quais voyageurs\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations des cheminots impliqu\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 le principal leitmotiv des Chemins de fer belges est \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9conomies\u00a0\u00bb, le gaspillage des deniers publics continue. Notre organisation ne peut que se montrer tr\u00e8s d\u00e9\u00e7ue car le SIC r\u00e9clame une nouvelle proc\u00e9dure de d\u00e9part depuis plus de dix ann\u00e9es. Nos d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s avaient d\u2019ailleurs imagin\u00e9 plusieurs sc\u00e9narii \u00e9labor\u00e9s lors de nombreuses r\u00e9unions.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Nous avions soumis leurs propositions mais sans jamais recevoir de retour positif. Notre demande avait \u00e9t\u00e9 finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 entendue apr\u00e8s le dramatique accident d\u2019un accompagnateur de train \u00e0 Dinant en mai 2009\u00a0!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un bref communiqu\u00e9, la SNCB a n\u00e9anmoins fait part de son d\u00e9sir de trouver une solution alternative, sans autre pr\u00e9cision\u00a0!
