Le SIC est le Syndicat Ind\u00e9pendant pour Cheminots. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 le 27 f\u00e9vrier 1983. Le syndicat n\u2019a aucun
\n\"\"lien avec un parti politique ni avec les syndicats traditionnels. Le SIC est organis\u00e9 sur le plan national et ne dispose donc pas des centrales linguistiques.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le SIC est une organisation agr\u00e9\u00e9e par les Chemins de fer belges et dispose du m\u00eame r\u00e9gime que les syndicats repr\u00e9sentatifs et reconnus mais sans pr\u00e9sence dans les instances paritaires. Le SIC peut intervenir \u00e0 tous les niveaux hi\u00e9rarchiques. Le SIC dispose \u00e9galement de toute la r\u00e9glementation concernant le personnel.<\/p>\n
